These terms govern your use of the Equations Work website at eqw.ai (the “site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Any engagement for services or products is governed by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.
1. Who we are
The site is operated by Equations Work, A G Trade Centre, NDA – Pashan Road, Bavdhan, Pune 411021, Maharashtra, India (“we”, “us”). Contact: info@eqw.io.
2. Using the site
You may browse the site and share links to it for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- use the site in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, its administration area or any connected system, or probe, scan or test their vulnerability without our written permission;
- interfere with the site’s operation, including by overloading it, introducing malicious code, or automated mass submission of the contact form;
- scrape or copy the site’s content in bulk, or use it to train machine-learning models, without our written permission;
- submit content through the contact form that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or that you have no right to share.
We may suspend or restrict access to the site, or block submissions, to protect it or its users.
3. Intellectual property
The site and its content — including text, the exhibition design, illustrations and artworks, graphics, code, and the names and marks Equations Work, OpenWolfPack, KHOWL, IntSen, Experizer and Ahware — belong to Equations Work or its licensors. Except for viewing the site and sharing links to it, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission. Third-party names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners.
4. Information on the site
The site describes our thinking, products, capabilities and past work for general information. It is not an offer, a contractual commitment, or professional advice. Product capabilities and availability may change without notice. Case studies are anonymised summaries of past engagements; outcomes depend on each client’s circumstances and are not a promise of similar results. Research topics are areas of investigation, not published findings. While we try to keep the site accurate, we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free.
5. Enquiries through the site
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or any obligation for either of us, and we may decline any enquiry. Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive information through the contact form; if a conversation requires it, we will agree appropriate confidentiality terms first. We handle the personal data in your enquiry as described in our Privacy notice.
6. Links to other services
The site links to services we do not control, such as LinkedIn, Microsoft Forms (for job applications) and Google Maps. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy notice explains how we collect and use personal data, including through cookies and Google Analytics, and forms part of these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time by publishing a new version on this page with a new date. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the site.
